Installation
The Insert 3D can be recessed into the wall or built into a surround/mantel, plugged directly into a standard socket (or hard-wired by a licensed electrician if preferred) — it needs 30 cm (11.8") clearance above and 100 cm (39.4") to the front, with no clearance required on the sides, back or bottom. Before final placement, the front glass is removed so the crystals and log set can be arranged in the base tray. Once installed, it's controlled via the touch panel on the front or the included battery-powered remote.
