Delivery is normally made to a ground floor entrance only (kerbside delivery). Drivers are not required to carry goods inside the property.

Please note that driver assistance with unloading heavy items cannot be guaranteed.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer absence or access restrictions, additional delivery charges may apply.

If you request the courier to leave the goods unattended, this is done at your own risk.

In addition to this statutory right, we offer an extended voluntary return period of 30 days from the date of delivery.

To cancel your order, please contact us by email, phone or through our returns form.

You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop. However, you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to examine its nature and function.

If goods are used beyond this level of inspection, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
