Display Models and Returned Goods
Our Demo, Clearance & Open Box collection includes display models, sample orders, discontinued products, and returned goods, including items with transport damage. These fireplaces do not have major scratches or defects. Where a product does have any damage, scratches, or imperfections, this will be shown and described on that specific product page, so you know exactly what you're buying. None of these imperfections affect functionality: every fireplace operates just as well as a brand new model.
By choosing a display or returned fireplace, you save money and help the environment by giving a product a home instead of it going to waste.

Warranty
All products sold as a display model or returned good come with a warranty covering functionality. Cosmetic damage disclosed in the product description is not covered, as any scratches, defects, or imperfections will always be pointed out in advance.
